Purchasing from our Online Shop

By visiting www.lochgoilgin.com you are confirming you, or the recipient of the order, are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in accordance with the regulations of your country of residence. You, and/or the recipient should also be aware of how to consume alcohol responsibly. You, the purchaser, are responsible for ensuring that all details provided on your order is correct. Argyll Spirits Co Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels which are not delivered due to incorrect information given by the customer. Currently, our Online Shop can only accept orders from the UK. For anyone looking to purchase outside of the UK should email hello@lochgoilgin.com. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Prices & Payment

All prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to change at any time. Prices exclude the cost of delivery. Delivery costs will be displayed within the shopping cart. Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. Please note, if you have a special offer code, this must be entered before completing your payment. You may only redeem offer codes for one transaction, and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Argyll Spirits Co Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order received and refund the order to the card holder.

Product Availability

Online you can purchase up to 4 bottles. If you are looking to purchase 5+ bottles, you should contact us via email hello@lochgoilgin.com.

In the event we may be out of stock of a product, we will aim to contact you within 2 working days of you placing your order.

DELIVERY

Orders are posted to the recipient using the Royal Mail signed for service. We aim for orders to be processed and delivery arranged within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Please allow 4-5 working days for the Scottish Highlands. Orders will only be processed for delivery Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Packages individually/Courier for larger amounts.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We work very hard to ensure that all orders are delivered within the timescale and are packaged well to avoid any damage. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order. If an order has been damaged in transit, we may require batch details, tracking details and photographic evidence of damaged products before replacement products or refunds can be arranged. Returns must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. Once the order is returned and processed, Argyll Spirits Co Ltd will refund in the same manner as payment was received, within 30 days. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using tracked a service when returning an order.
